Is $CEX listed on a CEX?: Not yet. That's the joke. For now.
Do exchanges endorse $CEX?: No. Nobody asked them. Tokens were sent, unsolicited, to wallets they publish publicly. Holding is not endorsing — it's just funnier.
What's the utility?: The ticker.
Is this financial advice?: It's barely advice at all. $CEX is a memecoin with no intrinsic value and no expectation of profit. Spend only what you'd happily burn for a bit.
